چکیده
Objective: To evaluate the effect of various doses Nigella sativa in isoniazid induced liver biochemical changes Rabbits.
 Study design: Animal study
Place study: Department Pharmacology and Therapeutics collaboration house BMSI, JPMC Karachi.
 Method:
In this animal study, 48 (N) healthy rabbits either sex were randomly selected equally divided four groups (12 each). Group I, was given only diet. II, Isoniazid at 50mg/kg body weight per day orally. III, 50mg plus 500 mg/kg weight/day orally IV, 1gm/kg Treatment duration 20 days. Liver i-e, Serum Total Bilirubin, ALT AST investigated on 00 21 days respectively. The data collected designed proforma assessed statistically using SPSS version 16 paired T- Test applied.
 Results:
 I non-significant (S. p value = 0.06, ALT, 0.09 & AST, 0.74). II parameters significantly raised, when compared. Bilirubin 0.00, 0.00 0.00). III noted both significant compared between IV 0.74)
 Conclusion:
 showed protective role toxicity rabbits.
